I’m so excited to start a new program this week! Personally, I like to look elsewhere for my own programming needs than myself. I find it easy to not program things because I don’t like doing them!! Imagine if you hate doing burpees, it would be hard to program them for your own workouts and that is a problem. I also had been doing a Crossfit Competitor program that I really enjoyed most of the time, but the volume was just too much for me, time-wise and recovery-wise. In the end, I decide it was time for a change. I found a Masters (older than most competitors at their peak age) competitor CrossFit program that I’m trying out and so far, I’m loving it. I’m hoping to share these workouts with my followers and give tips and coaching via a TrainerJoel FB community page. Looking forward to growing with this new program and expanding into the world of online coaching!
